Case Study Overview

Inahsi approached WMR in search of a solution for their Direct to Consumer packaging and fulfillment of their award winning natural hair care products. WMR met with Inahsi and designed packaging that would not only be cost effective, but would also enhance the consumer’s brand experience in line with their all natural marketing efforts.

In May of 2016 WMR received the first shipment of Inahsi products. In order to provide a more polished look and to prevent spillage in shipment, WMR designed and applied customized heat shrink banding to each product bottle as they are received. Initially WMR processed the first consumer orders via email. Soon the Fulfillment Team was downloading paid orders directly from the Inahsi website.

Today WMR receives and fulfills Inahsi orders from all major online e-commerce sites via EDI. In addition, WMR provides retail case pack, pallet pack and full truckload deliveries to Inahsi’s retail customers.
